ABOUT ME
I am an actress, singer, writer, and producer based in New York City. I grew up in the theatre, the daughter of a voice teacher and director, and have always known that I would turn my lifelong passion into a career. Already an accomplished and classically-trained vocalist, I moved to the city ten years ago from my hometown of Hattiesburg, Mississippi to study at the Stella Adler Studio of Acting.
I'm an experienced supporting and character actress, equally capable at being "adorkable" and intense. The most notable thing about me as an actor is my skill at bringing levity to serious material or gravitas and depth to comedy. I derive great joy from maneuvering through the interpretation of unconventionally-toned scripts. In short, dramedy is my jams.
Speaking of jams, I should probably mention...in addition to doing musical theatre and performing with the cover band ONE LOUDER and a cappella with Manhattan Holiday Carolers, in recent years I've become a successful rapper. My YouTube channel, Li'l Red's Fangirl Raps, has been a completely unexpected, yet delightful way to create, produce, and showcase my own work.
